About Regency House, Soho :
In 2019 Native and Archer Humphryes Architects successfully gained consent for a new boutique 54 room aparthotel at the South end of Warwick Street at the intersection with Glasshouse and Brewer Street. Rd-pm acted as Development Manager for Native.
The opportunity for the development of the apartment hotel is unique allowing individuals independence and privacy within the framework of a serviced hotel within the heart of one of Central London’s oldest and favourite locations for entertainment, arts and shopping.
The proposals retained the facades and principle structure, while providing a new core, servicing strategy and a single storey of accommodation to the upper level within a double mansard roof. The ground floor A3 and A4 units were to be retained but managed within the demise of the apartment hotel.
