Present Made is the UK’s first purpose-built and designed single-family housing platform.
As a branded vertically integrated platform, Present Made will own, design, develop and operate single-family homes for rent.

Targeting a net zero carbon operational model, deliver energy efficient smart homes that reduce living costs for residents.
Present Made’s first phase will see over 3,000 homes delivered as part of a £1.6bn pipeline with a focus on suburban locations across the south of England.

About Eddington :

The first dedicated rental neighbourhood in Britain, Present Made of Eddington is home to an extraordinarily rich past. Indeed much of what we know about the world today can be traced to this relatively small parcel of land, located north-east of Cambridge. Our site includes a mix of 370 houses and apartments, a raised garden court, liveable streets, an ecology corridor and is directly connected to the Cambridge cycle network.
