Located on Broad Street, The Mercian is a 42-storey residential tower comprising 481 apartments and more than 22,000 sq ft of resident amenity space. The development is one of Birmingham’s most prominent residential buildings and provides a contemporary approach to city-centre living

Working with Amos & Amos, Project Furniture and  MJF we  coordinated the procurement and installation of furniture across all 481 apartments, together with the extensive communal areas and resident facilities.

The coordination of furniture deliveries and installations alongside the wider construction completion and handover programme was particularly important in ensuring that apartments could be prepared for occupation efficiently.

The scope of RDPM’s appointment extended beyond the apartments to include the furniture and dressing of The Mercian’s extensive resident amenity facilities.

These include lounges, co-working spaces, private dining areas, a cinema and other shared facilities designed to create a distinctive residential experience.
