The first commission undertaken was Angel Gardens, a 34 storey, 466 apartment tower with a dedicated sky lounge at floor seven offering panoramic views across the Manchester skyline. This seventh floor is dedicated to internal and external amenity space including a 5 a side football pitch / paddle tennis court, residents only gym, cinema, private dining room, library and shared co-working spaces.

Since then commissions have been undertaken in Leeds, Birmingham, Liverpool and Hove with projects of up to 600 apartments, high rise ( up to 42 storeys) or groups of lower rise buildings arranged around podiums, courtyards and streetscape all with extensive amenity spaces.

The main purpose of these inspections is provide an objective overview of progress and likely completion.
